I really like the Pellows team—I spoke to the owner originally who took time to explain the system and what needed to happen, as well as how they work. Then today, Andy came out to our group of houses to undertake a sewage removal and he was excellent. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to try and help me with the system we have that I know very little about. He was really great, and I’ll certainly be requesting him in future. Thanks to today’s great experience with Andy, I shall always choose to use Pellows now. Thank you!

I have used Pellows several times over the years for drain unblocking and septic tank emptying. Just recently moved and had a blocked drain. The main drain for toilet, bath etc. It was a Sunday and Pellows were more than helpful, and on site in 2 hours. Problem resolved quickly and cleaned up after. Can't recommend Pellows enough.

I needed my Septic tank emptying after a bit of a nasty blockage. I went through the list of contact numbers that I had been left by the previous owner all it had next to Septic Tank was ( Call Pellows, really nice people). So that’s exactly what I did and they weren’t wrong. From the first call they were really friendly and very professional. They had images of the property to check vehicle size etc and we got it booked in for the following week ( as it wasn’t urgent). The lovely chap turned up , on time and did an amazing job. He was there for over an hour , pumped out 1000 litres of waste and left everywhere spotless. It was a fantastic price too, great value so a huge thanks and well done to everyone at Pellows.

The driver Andy did a fantastic job clearing and cleaning a filthy soakaway as well as emptying the sewage processing unit. He could not have been more charming and helpful. The time before that they came the young operative was equally charming and helpful, so not a one off! I cannot recommend Pellows highly enough.

We had a nightmare of a situation where our 6 bed house share was totally blocked up and no toilets/sinks etc were able to be used. The guys came out that evening to survey the building, going above and beyond what I expected. They moved heaven and earth to move their diary around when they understood the situation and came out the next day at 0900 in the morning! Professional, courteous and above all, clean and tidy I cannot recommend Pellows enough. Within 5 hours they cleared the blockage, briefed me on the issue (using their cctv) and cleaned up and left the site. Smiles all round.

Fantastic company to deal with, visiting a relative in Probus, who is almost 100 years old, realised there was a issue with the drains at her cottage. Called Pellows, even though they were very busy, they managed to slot us into a cancellation. Great job, utterly professional and a great price! Mcauley – the young man who came out was bright, cheery and did a superb job, in seriously bad weather – a credit to the Company. Very, VERY happy, thanks to the whole team!
